Podere Gli Oppi, the hilltop villa with panoramic views, gorgeous gardens and a private secure pool can be rented for a few days or even one or more weeks throughout the year.
Housekeeping, concierge, chauffeur, shopping and cooking services
Since more than 15 years Marco looks after the gardens, the pool while taking care of small maintenance in and around the house and other buildings. If guests so want he drives them around and can collect them from the airport. He can also take care of shopping and cooking. Lumi keeps the house clean and she will do washing and ironing if requested. They both love the house and its guests and make everyone feel truly welcome.
- The low season (Jan 7 – April 28 and Oct 21 – Dec 22) weekly rental is € 3.250,-
- The mid season (April 29 – June 16, Sep 23 – Oct 20, Dec 23 – Jan 5 ) weekly rental is € 4.750,-
- The high season (June 17 – Sep 22) weekly rental is € 6.750,-
Standard rental package
In the standard rental package at a cost of € 350, is included 6 hours of cleaning during the week and 8 hours cleaning after guests have left (which is why guests generally come on Saturdays after 5 pm and leave before 9 am). Marco will be there 4 times a week for 2 hours taking care of the pool, the gardens and small maintenance matters.
Superior package
Guests can also opt for the superior package at a cost of € 750, in which case Lumi comes 3 hours during 4 days and 8 hours final cleaning. Marco will then be available during 15 hours while upon arrival there will be a basic supply of food and beverage.
Deluxe package
The final option is for the deluxe package which comes at € 1.250. Lumi will then come every day for 3 or 4 hours to do all cleaning, washing, ironing as well as the final cleaning. Marco will also be available several hours every day, pick guests up at airport and if wanted drive you around, while taking care of the pool, gardens and house. There will be a nice supply of food and beverages awaiting you, while once a week a special Italian dinner for all guests will be made.
Rental options and deposit
When renting Gli Oppi you are requested to make a choice between the 3 packages (standard, superior and deluxe). The rent and chosen package has to be paid in the bank account of the house together with a deposit of 1 week which will be refunded unless it has to be used for repairs and the like.
